Watertown police charged Calee S. Delles, 21, of 32421 County Route 30, Philadelphia, with leaving the scene of an accident Wednesday evening and ordered her to appear in City Court.

She is also cited with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe backing.

Police said a witness provided the license number of a vehicle which shortly before 5 p.m. backed into the driver’s side of a parked car owned by Justin G. Schaber in front of his residence, 117 N. Pleasant St., and drove away. Philadelphia village police assisted in locating the suspect, police said.
