Thelma L. Cheever, 83, Mustard Rd., Watertown, passed away Friday morning at her home surrounded by her family. A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, October 2nd at a time to be announced at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.Other arrangements are incomplete with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
