ALTMAR — James B. Barnard Jr., 78, life resident of Altmar, died Friday at Oswego Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., Pulaski, with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Altmar. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Defiance Fire Department, PO Box 174, Altmar, NY 13302.
