Darcy Fargo: I’m not defending the paper, because I still think it’s in bad taste, but I think that vehicle’s actually the DOT truck (based on the color and structure of the vehicle).

Jamie Sullivan-Demers: Even so, it’s in bad taste...unfortunately the press feel people want to see pictures of such a tragedy all over the place and don’t take family into consideration..

Amanda MH: Please take this down. The young teens suffering the loss of their friends do not need to see this. I know one of the girls and this would devastate her. She is dealing with the loss of her best friend. She doesn’t need to see the goriness of the death in her face.

Serena Dempsey: Who would think to grab a camera or a cell phone with a camera while this tragedy was evolving? It’s not right.

Mary Jo Jones: That was a terrible tragedy. I have to agree that it is not the right picture to go with their article.. The media thinks that we want to see the distasteful shots of accidents. The families and friends of the victims don’t need have these images to remember their loved ones by. My heartfelt sympathy to the families.

Heather Jones-Burdt: Why would anyone want to see this picture. I know the families involved in this tragedy and they deserve better. Instead of a picture like this one, how about a picture of the beautiful people who lost their lives?
