The 103-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, 250 Commerce Park Drive, is scheduled to open Aug. 31.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Watertown Thousand Islands will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Thousand Islands Hospitality and managed by Hemisphere Management of Rochester.

The Fairfield Inn will offer a complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby area. Other hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, valet laundry service, free high-speed Internet and business center. The hotel also offers two meeting rooms with 1,200 square feet to accommodate functions of up to 40 people.
