The funeral service for Joseph J. Foti will be held Thursday at 1:30 pm at the D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. with Reverend Donald Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery. Contributions may be made in his name, for a scholarship to be established, to the Jefferson – Lewis BOCES Student Activity Fund for Scholarships, 20104 State Route 3, Watertown, NY 13601.
