HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Maneli Taheri, 33, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment Tuesday morning on May Road stemming from an investigation into an incident that took place Aug. 16. Taheri allegedly slapped another individual in the face during an altercation.

2142 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call on the May Road.
