GREAT BEND — Lillian A. Torres, 34, of 24701 Budlo Drive, was charged by state police Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief after she allegedly had an argument the morning of July 13 with her neighbor.

She is accused of throwing a rock at a car owned by Jessie Ashcroft, 24666 Budlo Drive, chipping paint and causing dents, police said. She is due to appear in Champion Town Court.
