Sarah House, a hospital hospitality house, has been awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000 from the James and Juli Boeheim Foundation. This grant will provide lodging, transportation and meals for cancer patients living outside our community, allowing them access to the medical care they need to fight their disease.

Sarah House provides lodging in a comforting and caring environment primarily for adult patients and loved ones of patients seeking medical care in Central New York. Families come to Syracuse to utilize medical services they are not able to access in their hometown.

We are so grateful for the Boeheims’ recognition of this need, and of course for their generosity.
