David P. Sharlow, 44, of 1972 Route 11C, North Lawrence, was charged by state police at 11:55 p.m. Saturday in the town of Brasher after troopers said they observed him throw a bottle out of his car. His BAC was listed as 0.12 percent. He also was charged with drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving a vehicle without an inspection certificate.
