Capital New York has a list of at-large delegates to the Republican convention in Tampa, Fla., and it includes a few local names.

They include: Douglas Barclay, a former north country state senator and ambassador; Nancy Martin, the St. Lawrence County GOP chairwoman; and Michael Backus, the Oswego County GOP chairman.

Ms. Martin and Mr. Backus are alternates to the convention.

Mr. Barclay will be joined in Tampa by his son, Assemblyman Will Barclay, who was named a delegate for the congressional district. Mr. Romney won the CD.

Don Coon, the Jefferson County GOP chair, is an alternate from the district.
