Greg Niewieroski scored six goals as IHC defeated Cesario’s Family Dentistry Yankers, 13-8, in the North Country Lacrosse League championship game on Tuesday at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.

Tyler Prevost added three goals for IHC, which had advanced to the finals with a 15-0 victory over Fort Drum.

Andrew Hauk made 11 saves, while Ben Winkler, Mike Bulger, Ed Prevost and Marcus Emerson each scored a goal in the title game for IHC.

Nick Piroli and Mike Ross each provided three goals to lead the Yankers.
