Richard S. Corp, 19, of 420 Maple Ave., was charged Wednesday by state police with aggravated harassment, and is summoned to appear in Watertown Town Court.

He is accused of threatening to kill Chandel Howland, 30, Watertown, with his 9 mm gun during a phone conversation early Tuesday, police said. She received the threat while she was attending a movie at Salmon Run Mall, police said.
