A fire of undetermined cause Sunday afternoon damaged the rear porch at the home of Joseph J. and Rose M. Soluri, 811 Boyd St.

City firefighters responding to the 12:39 p.m. alarm were able to prevent spread of flames to the two and a half story, single family dwelling. There were no injuries resulting from the blaze, which remains under investigation.
