Miller III, 16, of 8 James St., Massena, with criminal obstruction of breathing, aggravated harassment, second-degree harassment, trespassing and five counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief following a domestic dispute reported at 11:15 a.m. Sunday.

Police said Miller went to the home of his ex-girlfriend, Deanna Peterson, 19, at 18 Amherst Road and attempted to leave the residence with her child.
