Dustin C. Stacey, 21, of 639 Olive St., is summoned to City Court after being charged by Watertown police Thursday with petit larceny.

He is accused of stealing on Wednesday morning a $100 Sony Blu-ray player from Starr D. Galloway Jr., same address, according to police.
