Brenda L. Camidge. 45, of 722 W. Main St., was charged early Sunday morning by city police with the appearance of under the influence of drugs after she was allegedly observed going in and out of consiousness at the Byrne Dairy, 1003 Coffeen St.

She was given an appearance for city court.
