HENDERSON — Joshua S. Mitchell, 27, of 116 Gordon St., Syracuse, was charged Saturday night by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with fourth-degree criminal mischief and destruction of property following a domestic incident near Bayview Drive in the town of Henderson.

Mr. Mitchell is accused of throwing Kristi Carta to the ground during an argument and damaging a cellphone. He was arraigned in Hounsfield Town Court and taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, on $250 bail.
