Gary A. Collins, 34, of 124 N. Pleasant St., was charged by Watertown police at 11:30 p.m. Monday with forcible touching.

Mr. Collins is accused of inappropriately touching a female Guilfoyle emergency medical technician while he was being taken by ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center on July 5.

He was released from the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building after posting $500 bail.
