OGDENSBURG — Nearly two years after the incident, an Ogdensburg man was charged by state police with two felonies June 22.

Joseph M. Bateman, 27, was charged with one count of third-degree grand larceny and third-degree intimidation in an incident Sept. 17, 2010.
