Cape Vincent- Leslie C. Hubbard, 87, of Cape Vincent and Fletcher, NC, passed away Thursday June 28 in Fletcher, after a lengthy illness. Calling hours will be 2 – 4 Tuesday July 3 at the Cleveland Funeral Home, Cape Vincent, followed by a burial in St. Lawrence Union Cemetery, Cape Vincent.
