CROGHAN — Heidi L. Murphy, 38, of Arlington Apartments, 9793 Route 812, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies late Wednesday with disorderly conduct at the apartment complex.

Deputies and state troopers were sent to the apartments to quell a disturbance, and Ms. Murphy ignored orders to stop shouting, according to the sheriff’s office.
