The felony charges are based on a DWI conviction in May 2007, police said.

■ Mark A. Felio, 35, Pulaski, was arrested by state police late Wednesday on charges of felony aggravated DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation on County Route 2A in the town of Richland. ■ Arthur N. Lacy, 33, of 14849 County Route 76, Apt. 1, Adams Center, also was charged by Watertown police with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration following a property-damage accident at 2:10 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Police said he backed into the front end of a parked car owned by Dantonio A. Lewis, Cheraw, S.C., in a parking lot. Mr. Lacy told police he was watching out for pedestrians and failed to see the parked car. His BAC was listed as 0.16 percent.

■ Benedikt P. Thrana, 23, of 8580 Route 56, Raymondville, was charged by state police at 12:25 p.m. Monday on Route 56, Colton. He also was accused of failure to signal and using improper license plates. His BAC was listed as 0.13 percent.
