BRASHER FALLS — Rita A. Charlebois, 83, died Sunday morning at the Highland Nursing Home in Massena.

Arrangements are with Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Church in Brasher Falls.
