ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - COLTON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Bailey E. Green, 21, of Camp Road, Colton, and Heidi L. Hogle, 23, of 465 West Parishville Road, Potsdam, with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Friday following an altercation. Deputies said the fight between the two women took place in front of Hogle’s three-year-old son. The two women were released on appearance tickets for Colton Town Court.
