Adam R. Warner, 21, of 422 W. Grove St., Dexter, was charged by city police Saturday afternoon with obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment following a domestic incident on Factory Street.

Police said he put his hands around the neck of Sara Benko and applied pressure. He was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment.
