Armand A. Martinez, 25, of 136 N. Meadow St., Apt. B, was charged Sunday morning by city police with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

City police said he broke four windows on a bus owned by Adirondack Outfitters, causing $1,000 in damage.

He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and later released into military custody.
