Robert P. Purser, 23, of 811 Jefferson Ave., was arrested Thursday at 8:09 a.m. on a city court warrant for charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, city police said. Details were not available. He was released on his own recognizance and told to abide by a no harassment order of protection.

Kevin M. McCarthy, 28, of 414 Belmont Courts was arrested Wednesday at 6:48 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police said. He was set to appear in court on Thursday.

Dean L. White, 54, of Northwood Manor, was arrested Wednesday at 6:11 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, Ogdensburg police said. He was ordered held on $500 bail at St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.
