TRESPASSING - MASSENA - Village police charged Bobbi Lafountain, 26, of 193 Center St., Massena, with trespassing at 12:35 p.m. Monday on East Orvis Street. Lafountain had previously been banned from Lanneuvilles store property after an alleged larceny. She went to the store Monday and failed to comply with the owners orders to leave the property.
SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed William A. Taylor, 29, of 1137 State St., Watertown, with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to yield at 5:52 p.m. Sunday on Main Street.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Jacob A. Cook, 35, of 85 Moses Cook Road, Hogansburg, with disorderly conduct at 8:35 p.m. Saturday on Beach Street. An allegedly intoxicated Cook was charged after he repeatedly failed to comply with a policer officers request to stop shouting obscenities at people.
OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged Larry J. Tassie, 48, of 77 Chase St., Massena, was charged with an open container violation at 5:28 p.m. Friday. He allegedly had an open container of alcohol in the footbridge park.
OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged David Folsom, 46, of 98 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with an open container violation at 3:28 p.m. Saturday. He allegedly had an open container of alcohol at the footbridge park.
