ELLISBURG State troopers halted a vehicle they saw leaving the access road to Black Pond Wildlife Management Area early Friday morning and alleged finding hypodermic instruments in the auto.
The vehicle stop at 2:15 a.m. occurred more than four hours after the road is closed to the public, police said.
Patrick C. McAnulty, 27, of 12051 Joslyn Road, was charged with criminal possession of an hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana and consuming an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, and is ordered to appear in town of Ellisburg Court.
