ALEXANDRIA BAY — William R. Frawley, 29, of 42140 Ledges Road, was treated Wednesday night at River Hospital for rib and foot injuries he suffered when he took a spill on a dirt bike, according to state police.

Mr. Frawley was driving on private property off County Route 3 and Williams Road when he attempted to veer around a burning barrel, police said. The bike slid on wet grass, causing him to lose control, police said.
