LISBON — A second person was charged Friday by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies following a break-in May 21 at a barn.

Deputies charged Lloyd H. Coffey. 50, 774 Fulton Road, Lisbon, with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. Mr. Coffey is accused of stealing bottles from a barn at 676 Old Dekalb Road, deputies said.

He was arraigned in Canton Town Court and released to probation.
