CARTHAGE — State police lodged charges against two women and a man after responding late Sunday to a loud-party complaint at an apartment shared by the three at 625 Washington St.

Ashley M. Allyn, 20, is cited with underage possession of an alcoholic beverage and unlawfully dealing with a child.

Carl E. Orton, 26, and Ruth E. Hoose, 21, face charges of unlawfully dealing with a child and disorderly conduct.

They are due to appear in Village Court.
