Angelo L. Lopez Jr., 40, of 17481 Route 11, Lot 2E, was charged Saturday night by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with theft of services, disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment after he allegedly refused to pay for a taxi ride with Big Man’s Cab.

Deputies said that he also put his hand on the driver’s leg in an inappropriate way, and that he screamed and banged his head on the patrol car’s interior during his arrest.

He was arraigned in Brownville Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $250 bail.
