Christine D. Cutter, 21, Farmington, N.H., was charged by Watertown police with disorderly conduct early Saturday in the 1300 block of State Street after she allegedly yelled and smashed a beer bottle in front of several people.

She was released after posting a $100 bail and is to answer charges in Watertown City Court.
