Three Watertown residents accused of yelling loudly early Saturday were arrested by city police.

Watertown police charged Shannon A. Powell, 21, and Nicholas A. Graves, 22, both of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 33, and Joshua D. Brett, 21, of Apt. 37 of the same building, with disorderly conduct at their residence.

All three are accused of yelling loudly Saturday morning, causing annoyance to neighbors, police said.

Ms. Powell and Mr. Graves additionally were charged with endangering the welfare of a child for getting into an argument in front of a 5-month-old boy.

Ms. Powell and Mr. Brett were held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday in Watertown Town Court.

Mr. Graves is to appear in Watertown Town Court.
