CARTHAGE A town of Champion youth was arrested Thursday night by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies on a warrant charging second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a felony.
Jarratt E. Justice, 17, of 34420 Route 126, was released without bail in town of Champion Court and awaits possible grand jury action.
He is accused of giving a quantity of marijuana to a girl April 17 at Carthage Central School, according to the sheriffs office.
