Vickie Lee Bisignano Cring 59, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg FL. At the time of her passing she was surrounded by her loving family.
Vickie was born on June 11, 1952 in Glens Falls, NY the daughter of Anthony Bisignano and the late Charlotte Langan Bisignano. She graduated from South Glens Falls High School in 1970 and Adirondack Community College in 1972. On December 14, 1980, she married Mark Cring Sr. and moved with her family to Black River NY. While there she worked for Stebbins Engineering, the State Correctional Facility in Watertown, New York, and the US Postal Service. Vickie moved to Florida in 2002 where she lived in St. Petersburg and continued her work as a supervisor for the Postal Service.
Vickie was the familys beautiful and elegant matriarch, always spending her free time visiting her father, sons, and grandchildren. Vickie loved boating, camping and the many activities that provided the opportunity to be surrounded by her family and friends. Her wisdom and love will always be remembered. Vickie will always be in our hearts, and we will keep her spirit alive.
Vickie is survived by her father, husband, brother and his wife, Anthony and Kathy Bisignano from Melbourne FL, and her four sons and their families; Richard and Tanya Doty, Kissimmee FL, Mark Cring Jr. and Tiffany Cring, Yukon OK, Eric and Rachel Cring, Rome NY and Matthew Cring, St. Thomas V.I. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Trevor Doty, Mark Cring III, Finnigan Cring, Anthony McKimmey, Anna McKimmey, and Tristan Cring.
Calling hours will be Thursday, April 12 at Kilmer Funeral located at 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803 from 5-7pm. A mass will be held in memory of her on Friday, April 13 at St. Michaels Church located at 80 Saratoga Ave, South Glens Falls, NY 12803 at 9am.
