A Jefferson County sheriffs patrol pulled over a vehicle on Olmsted Drive in Watertown early Thursday and determined that the driver had provided alcoholic beverages to his three underage passengers, according to the sheriffs office.
Michael T. Laverghetta, 22, of 118 California Ave., initially was cited with failure to keep right. The continued investigation, which began at 2 a.m., resulted in additional charges of unlawfully dealing with a child, unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change. A second address of 5217 Log London Road, Mannsville, was listed for him on police documents.
