LOWVILLE – Isabelle “ Issy ” Levy, 82, a resident of the Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility died on Saturday evening under the care of the third floor nursing staff.
A graveside service will be on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Beaches Bridge Cemetery.
