Pamelia

The town board will discuss a possible payment in lieu of taxes arrangement on a 53-townhouse development project tonight at 7:30 p.m.

Watertown

A representative of the Niagara Frontier Grotto, National Speleological Society, will make a presentation tonight to the Watertown City Council about the many caves that exist underneath the city. Joseph Giunta, a member of the caving group, will meet with city council at 7 p.m. in the third-floor council chambers of City Hall.

Belleville-Henderson schools

Belleville Henderson Central School District will hold a special board of education meeting at 7 p.m. tonight. The board will review the tentative 2011-12 budget and vote whether to adopt it.

South Jeff schools

South Jefferson Central School District will hold a special board of education meeting at 7:15 p.m. tonight. The board will review the tentative 2011-12 budget and vote whether to adopt it.

Carthage schools

The Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the district office to adopt a budget for the 2011-12 school year.
