CAPE VINCENT — Rosemary Bazinet Radley, 87, 221 West Joseph St., Cape Vincent, died July 3, at Samaritan Keep Home where she had been a resident since 2005.

A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday July 7, at 10:00 am at St. Vincent of Paul Church, Cape Vincent, NY, with the Rev. Pierre Aubin, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Vincent of Paul Cemetery Cape Vincent. Calling hours will be 5:30 to 8:00 pm Monday July 6, at Cleveland Funeral Home, Cape Vincent.
