SU releases Big East matchups for next season

SYRACUSE — The Syracuse University men's basketball team will face Louisville, Georgetown and Providence twice during the Big East Conference portion of the 2009-10 regular season schedule.

The Orange hosts and travels to play the Cardinals, Hoyas and Friars. They play every other conference opponent once. SU also meets Connecticut, Marquette, Pittsburgh, St. John's, South Florida and Villanova at the Carrier Dome.

Syracuse has road games at Cincinnati, DePaul, Notre Dame, Rutgers, Seton Hall and West Virginia. The complete conference schedule will be released at a later date.
