■ EVANS MILLS — The LeRay Town Council will hold a budget work session at 6 p.m. Monday at the town offices.

■ THERESA — The town of Theresa Fire District will hold a public hearing on the 2009 fire district budget at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the fire hall, 400 Mill St.

■ ADAMS — The village Board of Trustees will not have a public hearing on a new version of the sidewalk law at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday. The hearing will instead be at the board's Nov. 17 meeting at 7 p.m. at the municipal building, 3 S. Main St.
