The following people face driving while intoxicated and associated charges:
■ David Steeprock Jr., 25, of 498 S. Main St., Massena, was charged Sunday with DWI after being stopped on Willow Street in the village of Massena, state police said. He registered a 0.09 percent blood alcohol content. Under state law, 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication.
■ Douglas A. Goad, 40, of 13 Green Meadow Road, Winthrop, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right after being stopped on Route 11C in the town of Winthrop, state police said. He registered a 0.19 percent BAC. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
■ Nicholas J. Gravlin, 24, of 31 Perkins Road, Massena, was charged Sunday with DWI after being stopped in the village of Massena, state police said. He registered a 0.11 percent BAC.
■ Davian R. Wauchope, 27, of 256 Michigan Ave., Apt. 409D, was charged by Watertown police at 2:47 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of State Street. Police said his vehicle was halted for speeding, with which he also was charged.
Police said he refused to submit to a chemical test for alcohol presence and was turned over to military police with an appearance ticket for City Court.
■ Mercedes L. Palladino, 27, of 258 Champion St., West Carthage, was arrested by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday on Route 26 in the town of LeRay, and additionally is cited with crossing hazard markings. He had a test reading of 0.16 percent BAC, according to the sheriff's office.
■ Kyle R. Nevills, 31, Copenhagen, was charged at 7:15 p.m. Sunday after sheriff's deputies said he backed into a bike on Route 3 in the town of Champion. He tested at 0.17 percent, deputies said.
