A Richville man was sentenced Friday in Jefferson County Court to five years' probation for a felony driving while intoxicated conviction.
John D. Lieberman,44, of 108 Main St., also was fined $1,500 and had his driver's license revoked for July 22 guilty pleas to felony DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was charged with DWI and driving without a license March 18 on Route 26 in the town of LeRay.

Mamie V. Campany,54, of 845 West End Ave., Carthage, was sentenced to three years' probation and fined $750 for July 22 guilty pleas to driving while ability impaired by drugs, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Ms. Campany admitted stealing about $18 in boneless steaks from Great American, 672 State St., on Jan. 5, following a traffic stop. Police said she had taken Klonopin, which ordinarily is prescribed for treatment of anxiety disorders, before driving erratically on West Main Street in Watertown.
Sean M. Hartford,40, of 417 Washington St., was sentenced to a three-year conditional discharge and ordered to participate in the Bridge program for July 7 guilty pleas to felony DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was fined $2,500 and had his driver's license revoked.
He was accused of DWI and driving without a license April 13 on Schell Road in the town of LeRay.
