NORWOOD — Kuenzler's Dairy Equipment, Norwood, has become the only licensed Lely robotic milking equipment dealer in the north country.

As a Lely center dealer, the company will sell the Astronaut A3 robotic milking system, as well as handle installation, maintenance and service calls. Kuenzler's will have exclusive rights to sell Lely products in an area stretching from Lake Ontario to Lake Champlain.

"We are constantly looking for ways to help our farmers enhance the productivity and profitability of their dairy operations, particularly as our farmers struggle with labor issues," company owner Brent Kuenzler said in a statement. "Helping grow our customers' farm businesses in turn allows us to grow our business."
