The following face charges of driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Chad A. Donnell, 24, Hampton, Va., was charged by state police at 3:33 a.m. Sunday in the village of Alexandria Bay after being stopped for driving his vehicle the wrong way on a one-way street. His BAC was 0.15 percent, police said. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.
■ Russell D. Burns, 49, South Colton, was charged Saturday after being stopped on Coldbrook Road in the town of Colton, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said. He also was charged with failure to have an inspection certification, having an unregistered vehicle, failure to keep right and having no insurance. His BAC was not available.
■ Marek J. Bursztynski, 25, Warminster, Pa., also was charged Sunday with failure to stop at a stop sign and crossing hazard markings after being stopped on Route 12 in the town of Turin, Lewis County sheriff's deputies said. He registered a 0.12 percent BAC. He was arraigned in Turin Town Court and sent to Lewis County jail, Lowville, on $1,000 cash bail.
■ James J. Stine Jr., 50, Blossvale, was charged by state police at 1:53 a.m. Sunday in the village of Alexandria Bay after being stopped for riding his motorcycle the wrong way down a one-way street. His BAC was 0.15 percent, police said.
■ Michael J. Trombley, 18, Malone, was charged by Malone village police at 11:55 p.m. Saturday on Main Street. Further information was unavailable.
