CANTON — Edward C. Seymour Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1231 will have its annual Memorial Day parade at 10 a.m. Monday.

All participating individuals and groups should line up at 9:30 a.m. at the Army Reserve Center on West Main Street. Veterans who cannot walk can get a ride or other assistance by calling 386-8953.

After the parade, refreshments will be served at the VFW post on Gouverneur Street.
