HENDERSON HARBOR — The Gill House Restaurant & Inn did not sell during its auction Sunday afternoon.

Owner Jeffrey L. Cohen, Fayetteville, said, "I'm glad. I'm actually glad."

He said he will try to reopen the restaurant this summer. He is planning to expand the neighboring Harbor View Marina. He wants to create a resort using the Gill House and other property he owns.
